At ISEI BSU has started X International Scientific Conference of young scientists, students, master and PhD students ‹‹ACTUAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS››.

On November 19, 2020, at ISEI BSU started online X International Scientific Conference of young scientists, students, master and PhD students ‹‹ACTUAL ENVIRONMENTAL PROBLEMS›› (English). 222 participants from 4 near abroad states for two days (November 19-20, 2020) will discuss socio-ecological, ethical and pedagogical problems of the present day, medical ecology problems and modern environmental safety – bio-monitoring, bio-indication, bioremediation, radioecology and radiation safety, environment monitoring, management and audit; information systems and technologies in ecology at present stage of development.

   Germenchuk M.G, Deputy Director for Research, greeted the conference participants. Over videoconference connection their greetings also said: Lukina L.S, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate for Environmental Policy, International Cooperation and Science at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus; Kuzminova A.Y, Head of the Students’ Scientific Society of BSU; Melnikova Tatyana, Environmental and Social Projects Specialist of Coca-Cola HBC, Belarus; Russkikh I.A, Head of laboratory at the republican Center of Ecology and Local Study; Sarana Yulia, Undergraduate of the Center of Life Sciences of Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Moscow, Russian Federation); Narkevich I.P, head of the Department of International Scientific Cooperation at the Republican Research Unitary Enterprise ‹‹Bel Research Center “Ecology».

   At the plenary session made their reports: Kvasyuk E.I, Professor, D.Sc. in Chemistry (ISEI BSU); Morozik P.M, Ph.D. in Biology, Associate Professor, Head of Laboratory of Human Genetics, Institute of Human Genetics and Cytology of the National Academy of Science of Belarus; Samsonov Sergey, Dr Hab., Faculty of Chemistry, University of Gdansk, Poland; Petrenko S.V, Ph.D. in Med. Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Research Laboratory of Anthropoecology and Public Health (ISEI BSU); Emelianenko E.V, Engineer, Positron Emission Tomography Laboratory, N.N. Alexandrov National Cancer Centre of Belarus; Melnikova Ya.I, Senior Lecturer, Chair of Immunology (ISEI BSU).

   The conference went on working according to the planned sections in the afternoon.
